Quadro Italy was born in July 1992 as individual society with social purpose to study, planning, realize, produce printed articles in plastic materials, polymers, rubber. The products created in this period have been the accessories for watches, in particular straps, the particular technology (licence of process UICEG of our property) has permitted to supply a number of prestige customers like Benetton, Morellato, Vela (official distributor of Swatch).

The equipments for the production process, have been automated with robot, manipulating, and completed with systems for the decoration, the cut, the packing (blister), and now we can give to our customers a product ready to be sold.

We take our costumers to heart from the first approach of planning, where necessary, with graphical designs and 3D designs (CAD-CAM), to develop the request article in the best way, with deep searches and specific studies of appropriate materials (where necessary a formulation for particular materials can be elaborated), we can offer you assistance for realize equipments ( serial tools and pilot tools) to obtain an article that meets the market and/ or the customers needs. 

Quadro Italy wants to diversify the production range into the direction of the industry that needs technical articles, adds machinery for bi-colour and multi-components to the production new fields: the first one has been turned to the automotive spare parts.

It has obtained from the Agencies of competence some licences and one of these is: licence of invention extended to international level, for caps to cover constant-velocity joints, in recyclable materials. The distribution has been given to the Akron-Malò company (the second in Italy only after Wurth).

The way to obtain the release and homologations in industrial sectors is long and hard but it is the only way to keep the continuity in the programmed production of the products.
